The items sold are stored and shipped from our warehouse and showroom in Landrécavrzec near Quimper (29)- shipping within the UK, Corsica, Switzerland and Benelux
PRICES:
The prices listed on our website in France include 20% VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs.
Shipping costs are detailed on ‘DELIVERY - HOME DELIVERY’
Galaxy Aventures SAS reserves the right to change the prices listed on its website without notice. The same applies to the equipment, finishes and specifications of the kayaks. The photos shown are not contractual, even though we strive to be accurate.
HOW TO PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS:
I / Directly through the website, the quickest and easiest option.
1 - Select the products, colours and accessories you want and add them to your basket.
(The shipping costs shown in the basket are provisional until you provide us with your delivery address.)
2 - Open the basket and select ‘confirm’. Check your order and select one of the following options:
Already registered?
Click on the link to log in.
New customer?
Fill in the form with your email address, password, full address and at least one telephone number for delivery.
When you click on ‘register’ at the bottom of the form, the data is saved and the delivery price is adjusted according to the destination.
3 - Check your order and delivery details, then select your payment method at the bottom of the page:
a) Payment by credit card (with our partner PayPlug):
b) Payment by PayPal (if you have a PayPal account)
Payment is made directly on the secure payment terminal page (PayPal or Payplug). Once payment has been made, your order is confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email. We will then prepare your order for shipment.
c) Payment by bank transfer or cheque:
Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive our bank or postal details, the amount and the order reference to be indicated for the transfer or cheque.
We will only prepare your order for dispatch after receipt of payment.
To speed up shipping, please send us proof of payment as soon as possible.
If we do not receive proof of payment, we will hold your products for 5 days before contacting you again.
4 - We will process your order and ship it within 24 to 48 hours. (Delivery time depends on the destination).

II/ By email
Contact our team by email at commandes@galaxykayaks.eu with the following information:
- All the details of your order (kayak model, colour, additional equipment, etc.).
- Full name
- Full address where you would like to receive the delivery, and at least one telephone number for delivery.
We will contact you to inform you of the availability of the item(s) you wish to purchase. We will send you an email with our order form, which will include the details and payment options.
III/ or by telephone
Contact a sales representative on 02 98 54 93 22 to order or reserve by telephone.
TRANSPORT CLAIMS:
All kayaks we send include transport insurance. This gives you 24 hours to inspect the kayak and report any damage caused during transport.
When the carrier delivers the kayak, the customer must write ‘Contents to be checked’ on the delivery note. You then have 24 hours to inspect the kayak and check for any damage caused during transport. If you notice any damage, you must contact us immediately so that we can make a timely claim to the transport agency.
RETURNS:
The customer may return an item within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt. The return may be made provided that the product has not been used and has been kept in its original packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
WARRANTY:
Full warranty on the kayak hull for 3 years!
Other accessories sold by Kayaks Galaxy are guaranteed for one or two years depending on the manufacturer.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but not the effects resulting from improper use.

Kayaking is an activity that can be dangerous and may cause serious injury. Galaxy Kayaks cannot be held responsible for any accident or incident that occurs while using the products it sells.
It is the customer's responsibility to be physically and technically trained in the use of the products sold by Galaxy Kayaks.
