1 - TRANSPORTERS :
- Galaxy Kayaks is pleased to announce that the delivery of all our kayaks is carried out by a single transporter, both in France mainland and Corsica.
- As for the delivery of accessories and products weighting up to 20 kg, we offer a fast delivery with GLS (delivery in 48h)
- Also, you have the possibility to pick up your products directly from our storage in Carros, next to Nice (06). (see below)
DOM-TOM :
We are able to ship to French departments and overseas territories (Réunion, Mayotte, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Guyane and Saint Pierre) but given the high delivery costs we are trying to group our clients in order to cut these. For more information please contact us.
As for Tahiti and Nouvelle Calédonie, you surely understand (and they already know it), better order a kayak from Australia!

- For accessories and products up to 20 kg you benefit from a fast delivery by GLS (delivery in 48h).
- From order preparation until delivery is approximatelly 24 to 48 hours and the prices of shipping are indicated below.

KAYAKS :
In order to better adjust our shipping prices we have defined transport zones in France. Your transport price is calculated according to weight (type and name of kayak) and the distance from our departure logistics centre in Carros, Nice. Your order is prepared in 24 to 48 hours and you should receive your kayak between 2 to 9 days, according to the zone of delivery. .
Zone 1 : Alpes maritimes (06) (29 € individual kayak, 36 € Tandem or Alboran). Time 48 h Zone 2 : Neighbouring departments (between 39 € and 46 €). Time 48 to 96 h Zone 3 : Close and semi-close departments (from 49 € to 56 €). Time 3 to 5 business days Zone 4 : Close and semi-close regions (from 59 € to 66 €). Time 4 to 7 business days Zone 5 : More remote regions (from 69 € to 76 €). Time 7 days minimum Zone 6 : Corsica (100 to 120 €). Time 7 days minimum. We also offer a reduction shipping price for bulk orders based on the number if kayaks.
For 2 kayaks : -20%(on total delivery)

3 - ENLÈVEMENT ENTREPOT CAROS (06) :
Vous pouvez commandez votre kayak ainsi que vos accessoires sur le site, les payer en ligne et les récupérer à notre entrepôt de Carros à partir du jour suivant sur rendez vous avec votre « email de bon de retrait » qui vous sera délivré après validation de votre commande.
Dans ce cas choisir veuillez choisir le mode de livraison « Enlèvement Entrepôt Carros (06) »
Dans votre panier, un petit forfait de préparation de commande vous sera demandé en sus :
- accessoires : 5 €
- kayaks individuels : 10 €
- Kayaks longs (Tandem et Alboran) : 12 €
Avec l'achat de plusieurs unités vous bénéficierez bien sur d'une réduction.
Notre entrepôt à Carros est ouvert de 8h à 12h du lundi au vendredi (sauf jours féries).N’oubliez pas de prévoir les moyens necessaires au transport de votre kayak (barres de toit, sangles de qualité...)
Dans le cas d’un enlèvement, la responsabilité de Galaxy kayak et du transporteur s’arrête à la remise en main propre du kayak.

4 - MANIPULATION ET EXPÉDITION :
Une assurance est prévue pour tous les envois. Ainsi, en cas de problème nous nous engageons à remplacer votre Kayak ou à vous faire parvenir une pièce de rechange immédiatement.Veillez à bien examiner le kayak lors de la livraison afin de noter les dommages éventuel subis lors du transport.Si vous remarquez le moindre problème, contacter nous immédiatement.
Vous achetez un article neuf, inutilisé, non ouvert et non endommagé.
Chaque kayak est enveloppé dans un sac en plastique de protection ainsi qu’une feuille de carton dans le fond pour vous donner le maximum de protection pendant le transport.
Tous les accessoires livrés en standard avec le kayak sont emballés et placés dans le kayak pour son transport,
Dans la version " Fisher Pro" les portes cannes centraux sont stockés dans des casiers avant, tout cela afin que le kayak arrive dans un seul emballage soigné et bien emballé.
Tracking your order
As soon as your product is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number thatallows you to follow its progress.
As kayaks are large orders they cannot travel with standard logistic and transport companies. This means the tracking cannot be done online and will have to be followed by phone. We will include a telephone number for our logistics partners and the logistic warehouse closest to the final destination who are best qualified to speak with you about tracking.
The logistics company will usually call before delivering the kayak to make sure you are at the delivery address. You can call them on the number included on your dispatch email at any time and arrange a delivery time that suits your schedule.
Poor delivery of products
All of our deliveries are insured. In the rare chance there is a problem with the condition of your kayak upon delivery, we are happy to replace it immediately.
Please thoroughly check your product as soon as it arrives. If there is any issue please get in touch with us as soon as possible. When the transport agency delivers the kayak, they will ask you to review the product to see if it’s in good condition before signing. If you do not have time to review it then and there, sign the delivery form as “TO BE REVIEWED”. You will have 24 hours to review the product and claim any transport damage.
You are purchasing a completely new, unopened, unused product that shouldn’t have any damages. Every kayak comes wrapped twice in a plastic seal with card protectors on the bottom side of the kayak in order to protect it during transport as much aspossible.
Accessories that are included in the model, pack or series are inserted within the original packaging of the kayak and then resealed.
For Fisher models, the swivel rod holders are stored in the front hatch of the kayak in order for them to arrive in the best condition possible.
