Galaxy Kayaks France has extensive experience in the online sale of kayaks and accessories.

• For small parcels containing accessories, we offer a choice of cost-effective delivery options to collection points (Mondial Relay, Chrono2Shop, etc.) or home delivery and express (Chronopost, GLS, etc.)
  
  
• For kayaks, in mainland France we offer FREE delivery to GEODIS collection points (efficient, fast), or home delivery with HEPPNER.
  
  
• You can also collect your order directly from our Showroom/Warehouse in Landrévarzec (Finistère).

We can also deliver to Corsica, Belgium, Switzerland, a business address or a carrier for overseas exports.. . Depending on your delivery address, other delivery options will be offered to you when you place your order.

All our delivery charges are calculated automatically on our website when you place your order; the options are adjusted according to the items and your address.

NB: Goods classified as ‘hazardous materials’ – notably the lithium battery in Torqeedo motors – can only be delivered to a GEODIS collection point. Please specify your preferred branch in the order message; otherwise, we will send the parcel to the branch closest to your home by default.

Kayak delivery

• Mainland France

Several delivery options are available for your RANGER kayak:

• Delivery to a collection point with the carrier GEODIS - FREE! You will collect your kayak from the selected branch. List of branches here (at least one per county). Please specify your preferred branch in your order message; otherwise, we will send it to the branch closest to you by default. Delivery time: 2–6 days.

• Home delivery by appointment with the carrier HEPPNER from €49 to €69 depending on the kayak (€43 to €60 in the Brittany region). The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment at your home. Delivery time: 3–6 days.

• Collection from the Showroom/Stock in Landrévarzec (Finistère) - FREE! You collect your kayak using your own transport.

• Home or business address delivery: Siret number and 19T access required. From €25 to €49 depending on the kayak model.
  

Delivery charges are calculated automatically in your basket when you place an order on the website.

• Corsica

We offer home delivery in Corsica via the carrier GEODIS to Vitrolles, followed by the carrier ROCCA for the crossing and final delivery.

We deliver your kayak to your home in Corsica (via Marseille).
Delivery takes approximately 2 weeks.
Once you have entered your address, the Corsican carrier will be offered to you on the shipping options page for your order.
Depending on the size of the kayak and the delivery area, please allow for delivery costs of between €99 and €139 in your basket.

• Belgium & Switzerland

For Belgium, we can deliver the kayaks to a GEODIS branch of your choice in France near the border; you can then collect your kayak from the selected branch. Upon request, we can also deliver to your home address in Belgium, but this is not cost-effective, costing 300–600 euros.

Enter your address in Belgium or Switzerland in your customer account; the applicable tax rates are updated automatically.

For Switzerland, we deliver kayaks to your home for a flat rate of 200 to 280 euros excluding VAT, depending on the kayak’s volume. This includes delivery to the border, collection and delivery in Switzerland by a local carrier, and customs clearance fees. You will need to pay the import tax (equivalent to VAT) to the carrier; once your Swiss address has been entered, the prices in your basket will be shown excluding tax –

• Overseas

Currently, we do not ship kayaks to the French overseas departments and territories (DROM-COM), but we can deliver to mainland France (excluding VAT) via a carrier of your choice. Rates from €24 to €36 excluding VAT depending on the kayak

Collection from Showroom/Stock

For both kayaks and accessories, when you place an order on our website, you can select ‘Collection from the Landrévarzec Showroom’ under ‘Delivery Method’ – free of charge.

You will need to come to our Showroom to collect your goods. Please ensure you have the necessary equipment to transport your kayak (roof racks or a trailer, high-quality straps, etc.). We will assist and advise you on loading your kayak onto your vehicle, but Galaxy Kayaks’ responsibility ends once the kayak has been handed over to you.

Handling and dispatch

All shipments are insured. Therefore, in the event of a problem, we undertake to replace your kayak or send you a replacement part immediately. Please ensure you inspect the kayak carefully upon delivery to note any damage sustained during transport.

NB: If you notice any issues whatsoever, you must specify this on the delivery note, detailing precisely the nature of the damage. Similarly, if you have any doubts and the driver is unwilling or unable to wait, you must note this on the delivery note in detail, then contact us immediately.

You are purchasing a brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item.

Each kayak is packed in a cardboard box, double-wrapped in bubble wrap and fully wrapped in plastic.
All accessories supplied as standard with the kayak are packed and placed inside the kayak for transport,
