Oui il l'est.
Vous avez simplement en l'emmancher dans les trous autovideurs.
En revanche l'immersion des roues dans l'eau n'est pas si simple.
Cela vous oblige à tenir le kayak d'une main, le chariot d'une autre et avec le pied enfoncé le chariot sous l'eau.
